Are you interested in owning your own company in North America, but think that the initial capital is too high? Owning your own company in North America can in fact be the right strategic approach. Why invest large sums of money when you can rent space, staff and equipment from an already existing company? We have all the necessary services, staff, telephone services, fax, and computer equipment. With this option, the cost of setting up a subsidiary company can be greatly reduced.
 

RENT SPACE WITH US

We have office space, staff, equipment and everything else that is necessary to operate your company. We can operate your subsidiary 100% if you want. In essence, you can use our services to the extent that is necessary. Perhaps it would be beneficial to start by using 10% of our services, and increase our involvement as your company expands. At some point, you may want to introduce your own staff into our location.Regardless of how extensively you are using our services, we will always have staff on hand 100% of the time.

When your company has expanded sufficiently, you may want to establish your own offices. Up to this point you have been able to streamline your activities and adjust your expenses in direct proportion to the growth of the company. On top of this you have had access to local staff with experience in business in the local market. Many small companies feel it is lonely to have their own offices. If this is the case, you can remain in our facilities. This arrangement will be beneficial since it will give you flexibility when you or your staff is traveling or taking holidays. Furthermore, you will have the assurance that someone is always available when your staff is away, e.g., sick or at the dentist.

"Renting a subsidiary company" will aid you in establishing a company profile and will introduce your company name into the marketplace.

As well it will give you:

  • An address, telephone number and a fax number for your correspondences.
  • Bookkeeping, invoicing and reception (we can take care of this for you).
  • Access to a desk and conference room for receiving visitors.

The only initial costs you will have are:

  • Lawyers' fees and registration costs to start the company.
  • Installation costs for your own telephone line.
  • Costs for the start up of company bookkeeping.

Other expenses will depend on what services are being used.
