Q: Do I need to adapt my sales material for the foreign market?
 
A: Yes you have. There are a number of things to take into consideration. Here are some. The way of selling is different. While a German client wants a lot of technical data, the North American wants it to show profitability and performance. 

The paper size can be different and to use pictures from Sweden does most likely not work well in Japan.

You have to use the local language. But do not just translate the text. You need someone local to write it for the local market.
