Executive Export Master

What is EXECUTIVE EXPORT MASTER?

Executive Export Master is a program for companies who wish to expand into new markets. This program consists of bringing together six to eight company representatives (from different companies) on a regular basis. This allows the participants not only to educate themselves in International business, but also to exchange experiences.

The idea is that meetings will be held every eight to twelve weeks.

Half the time spent in the meetings will be with the seminar leader who will train the group in exporting, and provide the participants with material so they can train their own employees.The other portion of the time will be dedicated to allowing the group to discuss problems and possibilities and exchange their experiences with the other members. The time allotted will be between 12:00 noon to approximately 7:00 p.m.

The seminars will be held at the different companies. Each company will take a turn in hosting the seminar.

We realize that the General Manager and other employees in management positions often do not have anyone to discuss their ideas and points of view with. Moreover, there is seldom time to educate and expand oneself in new areas.

Using solely a consultant is not the answer. You want to work with someone that can give you information based on experience. It is also essential to be able to interact with people from similar backgrounds, to draw from non-biased opinions and experiences, and to be able to be accountable for your own actions.

The seminar leader will contribute a combination of education and his own experiences. The participants can use the group and also the seminar leader as a springboard for their ideas.

GOAL SETTING

The seminar and meetings will result in the following:

Enough ideas and information for the participants to be able to be responsible for internationalizing and exporting without having to ask for help from outsiders.

Every meeting will allot enough time for a discussion of each of the companies activities and plans.

The companies/participants will have a suitable group represented by the other participants to exchange their ideas and opinions with.

The seminar participants will also have a suitable group with whom they can continue to exchange ideas after the completion of the seminar.

Who should attend?

All members of management, for example: the President, Vice-President, or Director of Marketing.

The individual in your company responsible for making major changes within the company, and who makes decisions to enter international activities. That is, the individual who is responsible for informing and activating the staff in the company.

The size of your company does not matter. We will match the groups so that both the size of the other companies and the seminar location is suitable for you.

That you are interested in picking-up new approaches in a practical way.
That you are willing to share your opinions with others in the group.
That you are in a position to start or reactivate your company internationally.

How do we work?

Our first meeting will take place as soon as we have a cohesive group, and we have consensus from everyone as to a convenient starting time.

We will present and discuss topics in the program for the six different meetings and adjust it according to the participant's needs. Most importantly, we want you to receive the information you need, and the opportunity to discuss your company's activities during the seminar.

If you need additional assistance beyond what we cover in this EXPORT MASTER program, we will be available to work with you on a consulting basis either during or after the program.
