YOUR OWN COMPANY

When you are starting your own company in North America there are several factors that you need to consider. We can give you advise not only on the right type of company to establish, but also the right location in which to start. We have assisted many companies in establishing themselves. We can also recommend suitable lawyers to aid in forming the company and regis-tering trade marks, and auditors who can take care of the year-end bookkeeping and tax planning. As well, we can help you with all practical details such as printing stationary and business cards, arranging the installation of telephone systems, and setting up and doing the bookkeeping.

LEASED PREMISES

For a small company it can be advisable to lease space in an already existing organization. Why invest a lot of money for your own company when you can lease in an already existing organization. We can offer you staff, telephone services, fax, and a computer system. Therefore, you can achieve a flexible start. We can run and operate your company 100% if you want us to. Or, you can lease our services on a part-time basis, e.g., 10% of our capacity to begin with and increase this increment as the company grows. When you are ready, you can hire your own staff who can operate out of our office and use all our services. No matter how much of our services you lease, there is always staff available during business hours.

Eventually your business will have grown sufficiently to warrant having your own office. Until you have reached this point however, you have been able to adjust your expenses according to your needs. At the same time you have had access to local staff with experience related to the market. Furthermore, many small companies feel it is lonely to have their own small office. If this is the case you can remain in our facilities. The added benefit is the flexibility it provides when the individual looking after the office is traveling or taking holidays. Moreover, you will have the assurance that someone is always available when your staff is away, e.g., sick, at the dentist etc.

We can naturally participate in, and be a part of, your company's board. Especially,, we can contribute by giving advice and pointing out the differences between your domestic market and the North American system. We can also help by creating a base of contacts that is crucial for launching a new company and the new products.

MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

We can run your company in its embryonic state and/or on an ongoing basis. If you so desire, we can supply all local staff plus the managing director. We have been an integral partner in the reorganization of companies, and have helped them become profitable. We are very flexible, and so is the solution for you.
