As a company, we can help you with different activities to help you get established in the marketplace.

Below you will find some examples of such assignments and activities. Every activity is customized for each client. Also, the following examples can be combined.


1. IS THERE A MARKET FOR MY PRODUCT?

The first rough study examines the possibility of marketing your product, and usually consists of some local contacts in the market with clients and/or distributors to map out the product potential. This is often done in combination with gathering information about important factors such as duty, taxes, approval etc.

If the results are positive, we will also include suggestions regarding continued activities.


2. DETAILED MARKET RESEARCH

If need be, a more detailed market research can be made, for example:

  • Statistics regarding import and export
  • A further analysis of the market
  • Analysis about the competition
  • A description of normal distributing patterns, and also suggestions of suitable ways to distribute your specific product(s).
  • A description of price levels, distribution margins, etc.
  • Suggestions as to further activities


3. SEARCHING FOR A REPRESENTATIVE

After we have established the marketing possibilities for your product and found out what demands should be placed upon the local representative in combination with how much resources you are willing to invest, we will search for a suitable representative.

We will analyze the appropriate potential representatives and establish their suitability for representing your product.

We will present the suitable candidates to you and together we will select companies to contact.

We will "sell" your product and your organization to them.

We can either, together with you, or as your representative, negotiate with the selected representatives.


4. ACTIVATING ALREADY ESTABLISHED REPRESENTATIVES

Unfortunately, many foreign companies find that an already established representative doesn't meet with the companies expectations. The reason for this often lies in both parties' lack of activity.

We are able to reactivate your local representative on site. Our knowledge concerning the local market will help you reactivate your representative so that he/she is once again productive.


5. LICENSE OR JOINT VENTURE?

We will establish the marketing possibilities, the demands that are asked of the license or joint venture partner, and the amount of resources you are willing to invest. Based on this and how much control and influence you want to have in this partnership, we will look for suitable candidates.

We will analyze appropriate companies and investigate their potential. We can also recommend the content to be included in a license or joint venture agreement, and also solutions with, e.g., a holding company.

We will present the qualified candidates to you, and together we will select a cross section of suitable companies to contact.

We will "sell" your product, your technology and "know how" to them.

We can, together with you, negotiate with suitable candidates.

Manning of booths at exhibitions and other activities, for example, attending a conference.

If you do not have time to visit an exhibition we can do this for you. We can, during the exhibition, collect material from your competition, and when possible, a list of the exhibitors at the exhibition. We can even present your products at the show.


Exhibiting at a show.

If you want to participate in a local exhibition we can handle the arrangements including the manning of the booth.

We can also send out a press release and invitations before the exhibition.
 

Visiting program with or without assistance.

Your first visit to the market
is perhaps to visit possible end-users or distributors. Considering the complexities of your product, you may want to make the presentation yourself.

We can arrange your visiting program and "promotion" of your visit, and arrange for the required contacts. If you want, we can also assist you during your visit.
 

Office and secretarial services.

If you need help during your visit we can support you with secretarial services and, writing of reports and thank you letters.
